Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the PRO MOVE app at promoveapps.com and any associated services, tools, forms, or communications (“App”) provided by Built 4 The Moment LLC. PRO MOVE is a derivative of Michelle Snow's PRO MOVE series at michellesnow360.com. By using the App, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in removal of access, legal action, or both.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use the App to:

• Generate AI-assisted content and results for your personal or professional work
• Submit legitimate support, partnership, or licensing inquiries
• Subscribe to our newsletter or text messaging program with your own contact details
• Share links to permitted App content in professional communications

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission
• Use Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, or materials, or the PRO MOVE and Built 4 The Moment marks, without written authorization
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiry forms or contact information
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data associated with the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect content or data from the App without written consent
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interfere with systems
• Impersonate Built 4 The Moment LLC, Michelle Snow 360, or any of their representatives
• Use the App or its content to train, fine-tune, or build AI or machine learning models without express written permission

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit to the App (including prompts, inputs, inquiry forms, or messages) must not:

• Be false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contain obscene, offensive, or harassing content
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Include personal or financial information about third parties without their consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including the Built 4 The Moment™ and PRO MOVE frameworks, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Built 4 The Moment LLC unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, blocking access, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies. We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in connection with violations of this AUP.
