These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PRO MOVE application, website at promoveapps.com, and associated services (collectively, the “App”). The App is owned and operated by Built 4 The Moment LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). PRO MOVE is a derivative product of Michelle Snow's PRO MOVE series offered through Michelle Snow 360 at michellesnow360.com. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Relationship to Michelle Snow 360

PRO MOVE is a derivative of the PRO MOVE series and the Built 4 The Moment™ brand associated with Michelle Snow 360. The App is operated independently by Built 4 The Moment LLC. Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, and the PRO MOVE and Built 4 The Moment marks are used under the Built 4 The Moment LLC brand and remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the App without written permission
• Impersonate Built 4 The Moment LLC, Michelle Snow 360, or any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

3. AI-Generated Output

The App uses artificial intelligence to help you produce content and results. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on or acting on it. See our AI Results Disclaimer for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the Built 4 The Moment™ and PRO MOVE frameworks and materials — is the property of Built 4 The Moment LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Built 4 The Moment LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Built 4 The Moment LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, your use of our SMS program is governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by contacting us at Support@MichelleSnow360.com. If not resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
